GALVANOL 1kg (Zinc Coating/Zinc-rich Paint)

Cold galvanizing with 96% zinc in dry layer, in a small format for repairs and one-off jobs.

What it is used for

Repair of galvanizing damaged by cuts or welding, fasteners, railings, fences, trailers and small metal structures. It is used as a topcoat or as a primer under decorative paints.

How to apply

1. Remove loose rust and old paint.
2. Degrease with solvent or xylene and let dry.
3. Mix very well and repeat mixing every 20–30 minutes during application.
4. Apply 2–3 layers between -30 °C and +60 °C. If necessary, dilute with xylene (see technical data sheet).

Composition: zinc, polymer, solvent. Unlimited shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
