Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform us before the deadline by email at contact@galvanol.eu, by phone on +34 932 75 01 67 or by post to Galvanol Iberia S.L., C/ Sant Antoni S/N, 08680 Gironella (Barcelona), Spain. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end, but it is not obligatory.

Returning the product
You must send the product back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal, to the address above. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, an opened container or used product).

Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (special orders).

Damaged or defective products (legal guarantee)
All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or one different from what you ordered, write to contact@galvanol.eu with your order number (with photos if possible) and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. We recommend noting any visible damage to the parcel on the carrier's delivery note.
