Cold galvanizing with 96% zinc in the dry film. Protects steel against corrosion without the need for a galvanizing workshop.

  • ✔ Coverage: 250 g/m² per coat (40 microns). With 2 coats, this 2 kg container covers approximately 4 m². Calculate how much you need.
  • ✔ Fast drying: touch dry in about 20 min at +20 °C and fully dry in 4 h. It can be applied from -30 °C to +60 °C and in humidity of up to 90%.
  • ✔ Apply with a brush, roller, or spray gun, even over heavy rust.

Uses

Protection of metal structures, railings, fences, tanks, machinery, trailers, marine structures, and repair of hot-dip galvanizing damaged by cuts or welding. It is used as a topcoat or as a primer under decorative paints.

Application

  1. Remove loose rust and old paint.
  2. Degrease with solvent or xylene and allow to dry.
  3. Mix very well and stir every 20–30 minutes during application.
  4. Apply 2–3 coats between -30 °C and +60 °C. If necessary, dilute with xylene (see the technical data sheet).

Composition: zinc, polymer, solvent. Unlimited shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
