GALVANOL SPRAY is active galvanic-cathodic protection zinc coating for iron .

It is used to protect ferrous iron surfaces from corrosion; Repair of damage or imperfections on hot-dip galvanized; Replace hot dip galvanized; Recovery of active cathodic protection.

Product has the same formula and structure as the cans and buckets, even with the same amount of solvent, only packaged in spray and propylant added for its expulsion.

GALVANOL is an analogous product and at the same time a great complement and companion for hot-dip galvanizing, which has several corrosivity certificates in the world with spectacular results such as C5 ALTA according to ISO:12944-6/2018, it complies with only 121 microns of thickness. minimal stitch without any appearance of rust. (TESTED IN SPAIN) It ​​is applied directly to iron, or to the previously hot-dip galvanized surface, or galvanized surface with the GALVANOL coating itself, it takes several years to recharge the active cathodic protection.

Before applying compound: Shake the spray for at least 1 minute until the ball is able to move freely inside.

P repair the surface: remove loose corrosion particles and remains of old paint, degrease with synthetic solvent or xylene, dry. Allowed to apply on dense rust.

When applying, you must keep the spray in the vertical position of the valve up to a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the surface to be protected. Apply at a room temperature between + 5°C to + 40°C.

At the end of application, clean the valve: turn to the spray and press the nozzle upwards until clean gas comes out. Remove the remains of compound from the valve with a cotton swab dipped in a solvent or xylene.

Keep away from direct sunlight at a temperature of -40°C to +40° and out of reach of children.
